Notes

• Any Movement ability (Including Blink) will also grant stacks of Momentum, based on the distance you travel.
• Basic Attacks grant 15 stacks.
• Abilities that can proc On-Hit effects do not grant stacks, however they can activate the item effect at max stacks.
