Description
Cyan Buff is a buff that spawns on the outside of the Offlane. Cyan Buff spawns in at 3 minutes and then 3 minutes after being killed by a player. Cyan Buff reaches max level at 31:00 minute mark.
Upon killing the buff, the player is granted experience that scales with match time, as well as gold. The buff also restores Health and Mana equal to 20% of the hero's max values instantly after dying. Cyan buff counts as 4 last hits to the players creep score.
