Grux is a playable character in Predecessor. He is from Equinox.
Lore
Deep within the dark grottos of Nyxthra, Grux rose to lead his people as their fiercest champion - strongest among a clan who measured worth only by blood and strength.
His rule was unquestioned until a challenger stepped forward: younger, strong, and eager to take his place. The two warriors met in sacred combat, a rite that demanded honour, and Grux, proud and fearless, accepted.
They clashed fiercely, but their duel ended prematurely when the outsider Khaimera struck, slaughtering Grux’s opponent and dishonouring their ancient rites.
Though still chief, Grux refused a victory tainted by dishonour. Out of respect for the fallen, he laid down his leadership and swore vengeance against the one who shattered their traditions. Now he roams the wastes alone, axes hungry, hunting the dishonourable predator who hunts his kind - determined to restore honour the only way he knows how, by blood.
