Skewer

- This ability can affect enemies behind Walls.
- If the enemy Cleanses the ability before the second damage instance, they will not take damage from it.
Augments
- Brutal Chains - Riplash has 10% more range. Successful hits also reduce its Cooldown by 30%.
- Current Overload - Electrocute grants 8% more Movement Speed and deals 30% more damage to Monsters.
- Wanton Warden - Riktor Regenerates Health equal to 5%/6%/7%/8% of damage received, over 5s. Increases at Hero Level 1/6/11/16.
